TRAINING & LICENSINGOur staff attend trainings that are deemed beneficial to the individuals they work with, even when such training is not mandated by regulation. In addition, APluscare develops and conducts training/in-service for staff on a regular basis.
Our staff members must complete and pass multiple training sessions before they begin working with individuals in our care. We also require frequent skill refreshers. |
