Quality Assurance specialist

Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will assist with development and implementation of systems to meet DDD licensing standards and requirements.
- Assist in developing systems and monitoring programs to assure continuous quality improvement
- Be familiar with DDD licensing regulations
- Complete audits in the residential programs to ensure accuracy and compliance with DDD standards and regulations
- Assist the Director of Quality Assurance with new program development according to funding source guidelines and standards
- The QA Specialist will be responsible for conducting training courses during new hire orientation
Requirements
- Be able to work on numerous simultaneous projects to meet established timelines
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work both in the office and in the field
- Pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50lbs
- Required education: Associate degree in the social sciences or equivalent
- Required experience: 1 year
